DFG Dev. and McMahon Development to begin construction of 180,000 s/f Asia Town Ctr.

DFG Development Corp. and McMahon Development Group will begin construction of a 180,000 s/f Asian shopping center called Asia Town Center. The center is located at the Southeastern corner of Warm Springs Rd. and Jones Boulevard off the 215 Beltway and adjacent to the 5.6 million s/f Thomas & Mack Beltway Business Park. The project is a joint-venture between DFG Development (and development company, and McMahon Development) headed by Ron McMahon. "MDG is excited to be part of this dynamic project and will bring 30 years of development experience to the team to ensure the success of the project in the Las Vegas Valley retail market," said McMahon.
