CBRE's Capital Markets Group secures $33.75m in mortgage financing
Keith Braddish, managing director, along with vice president Jason Gaccione, both of CBRE's Capital Markets Group in NYC have secured a total of $33.75 million in first-mortgage financing to facilitate the acquisitions of Brentridge Apartments and Waterford Place at Mount Zion, in Stockbridge, Ga. Both loans were structured with four years interest-only followed by 30-year amortization schedules. Each loan was financed by Barclays Capital.
Brentridge Apts. is a 34 acre, 242,749 s/f multifamily development in a suburb of Nashville. Constructed in 1986, the 327-unit complex consists of garden-style one and two bedroom apartment homes which feature patios, balconies and fireplaces.
Waterford Place at Mount Zion is a 400-unit class, a multifamily development surrounded by 45 wooded acres, consisting of 43 two and three story buildings.
