Detny Footwear signs for 2,200 s/f in Nolita

Shane and Shawn Ward, co-founders of Detny Footwear, Inc., have signed a lease for 2,200 s/f at 238 Mulberry St. Located between Prince and Spring Streets, in the borough's Nolita district, the Detny retail store is slated to open in March 2008. In addition to its shoes, the Detny retail store will feature new accessory lines, including handbags, belts, jewelry and hats.
