deSeve and MacDougall of Breslin Realty complete lease for QuickChek; Premier convenience store chain located at 750 Montauk Highway
Breslin Realty arranged a lease transaction with QuickChek located at 750 Montauk Highway. Bill deSeve and Richard MacDougall of Breslin Realty represented QuickChek in the long term lease transaction.
QuickChek has grown from its very first location in Dunellen, NJ, to its present position as the premier convenience store chain in the New York Metro market.
Today, they remain a privately held, family-owned firm, operating more than 120 stores throughout New Jersey and southern New York.
