Nick DeMarte of Foresite Realty Advisors NE, Inc located in Albany recently attended The Society of Exchange Counselors National Real Estate Marketing Conference held in Providence, RI. Commercial and Investment properties representing a total value in excess of $390,000,000 were presented for sale or exchange. The Society marketing sessions are held quarterly and attendance is by invitation only. Real Estate Counselors and brokers from all across the country were in attendance.
