DeMarte of Foresite Realty Advisors attends national marketing conference

Nick DeMarte of Foresite Realty Advisors NE, Inc located in Albany recently attended The Society of Exchange Counselors National Real Estate Marketing Conference held in Providence, RI. Commercial and Investment properties representing a total value in excess of $390,000,000 were presented for sale or exchange. The Society marketing sessions are held quarterly and attendance is by invitation only. Real Estate Counselors and brokers from all across the country were in attendance. "Attending the Society's marketing sessions allows me to seek opportunities to enhance my clients' portfolios and apply creative problem solving formulas to address the challenges some clients are experiencing with their real estate investments," said DeMarte. "It is an excellent way for local properties to get expanded national exposure in the commercial real estate equity market."
