CresaPartners' Weinstein reps tenant in two leases totaling 39,390 s/f

Little Flower Children and Family Services has renewed leases totaling 39,390 s/f at two Joseph P. Day properties in Brooklyn Heights: 186 Joralemon St. and 44 Court St., according to CresaPartners. "Little Flower, a not-for-profit charity serving children, families and developmentally disabled adults across N.Y.C. and Long Island, has occupied space in the buildings for over 10 years and has been in Joseph P.
