Ossining NY Harden Crawford IV, principal of HLC Realty, LLC, a commercial real estate brokerage and investment firm out of Westport, Conn., brokered the sale of Audubon Manor, 8 Wolden Rd. for $10.25 million. The sale price represented $137 per unit. Audubon Manor is a four-building 75-unit, two-story class B apartment complex located in the downtown area. The complex was built, owned and managed by a local real estate investor and sold to the Solomon Organization, LLC. Both sides of the deal were represented by Crawford.
