780 Third Ave. is located in Midtown's Grand Central District at the intersection of 49th St. and Third Ave., six blocks from Grand Central Station. The 50-story building features: Column free space, 154-seat auditorium and seven-room conference center, high security building with messenger center, blue chip tenant roster, directly metered electric for full floor tenants, building systems that include floor by floor HVAC and elevator access control.
