Blake and Mychaskiw of CBRE|Buffalo broker $3.22m sale

The team of Steve Blake and Lida Mychaskiw of CB Richard Ellis|Buffalo have brokered the $3.22 million sale of an 81,840 s/f distribution warehouse to Braha Associates of New Jersey, a national buyer of investment real estate. The warehouse is located on 14770 East Ave. The facility was developed and constructed in October 2007 by Scannell Properties on a sale/leaseback basis to Saint Gobain Technical Fabrics America, Inc. who remain on a long-term lease. CBRE|Buffalo is a CBRE affiliate office serving WNY.
