Albany Realty Group is a local, independent real estate firm dealing in residential and commercial real estate. They represent buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords. Their agents are some of the best educated and experienced in the area. Albany Realty Group was formed in 2003 and has experienced steady growth since its inception. While not the largest firm in the Capital Region, they compete on the same playing field because of their training, market knowledge, and negotiating skills. Marie Bettini, as principal broker was licensed in 1991 and since that time has worked as an agent representing buyers and sellers, as a manager coaching and mentoring other agents, and now as broker/owner of Albany Realty Group continues her passion for helping others through the company.
