Cohn and Klinger of SCG rep Rouge NYC in 700 s/f lease at 130 Thompson Street
SCG-Retail has signed a 700 s/f lease at 130 Thompson St. between Houston and Prince in SoHo for a new concept from Law & Order alumni Rebecca Perkins and Stephanie March called Rouge NYC. The former make-up department head, Perkins, and actor, March, known by many as Alexandra Cabot on the NBC crime drama, has teamed up to create this fullservice make-up salon.
Jordan Cohn and Jacqueline Klinger, the SCG brokers who represented Rouge NYC, said, "Now women will have the opportunity to get make-up done from fashion, film and TV professionals at affordable prices."
The site is owned by Standard Realty and was a former real estate office. The broker representing the landlord was Robert Carbonara of First Allied Properties.
Perkins will assume the role of head make-up artist and CEO. March will be a managing partner in the operation. This is the first location for Rouge and more are planned for 2014.
"SoHo is the perfect place to launch Rogue NYC," said Cohn and Klinger. "This is great concept for fashion/style conscious women of all ages."
