Cohen and Brown of FirstService Williams handle 320,282 s/f lease

FirstService Williams negotiated a seven-year renewal of Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc.'s lease for 320,282 s/f at 2 Journal Sq. Michael Cohen and Colton Brown of FirstService Williams and David Pennetta of Oxford & Simpson Realty, Inc. of Jericho advised L.I.-based Broadridge. "With so many options, FirstService Williams conducted an exhaustive analysis for Broadridge," said Cohen. "With the reasonable terms agreed to by Hartz and being able to avoid the disruptions and loss of productivity inherent in any large-scale corporate relocation, remaining in its current location was the best decision for Broadridge." The property is owned in partnership by Hartz Mountain Industries, Panepinto Properties and Garden State Development.
