CNY Interiors, LLC (CNY) has completed the new office space installation project for Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) at 101 Park Ave.
TCS is part of Tata American International Corp., one of the world's largest global corporate conglomerates headquartered in Mumbai, India. 101 Park Ave. has served as TCS's United States headquarters since the building first opened in 1982.
101 Park Ave. is a first-class office building. It contains one million s/f on 49 floors and is located at the corner of Park Ave. and 40th St. The building is owned by and managed by HJ Kalikow & Co., LLC.
TCS's new office space at 101 Park Ave. resulted from a complete demolition of its existing offices and the construction of additional space. CNY was instrumental in reducing the proposed construction budget and completing this high-end project on time. The new space contains many high-level finishes and applications, such as new executive offices and conference rooms, custom millwork, custom glass office front within the main entrance, custom lighting and an IVC teleconferencing center. Gkkworks provided project management services and SLAM Collaborative served as TSC's space design architects.
CNY Interiors is a wholly owned operating subsidiary of CNY Group LLC. It was established to serve clients in need of skilled construction managers to build out interior projects and is fully dedicated to the interior construction of spaces.
