David Schlamm, president of City Connections Realty, (CCR), said "City Connections Realty will offer an incentive for top producing agents." CCRs Elite Broker Program wll allow senior agents to have some of their entire desk fee returned to them if they are producing $200,000 or more in gross sales. Many agents have made long-term commitments to City Connections Realty and this program is intended to reward those with strong performance records and encourage top brokers at other agencies to consider this and other incentivs that are offered at City Connections Realty. The Elite Broker Program provides rebates on desk fees on the following gross sales produced by senior agents including up to three junior brokers from their individual team: $200,000 - 50% desk fee returned, $250,000 -100% desk fee returned. In order to qualify for rebates, deals must be completed and closed between September 1, 2007 and August 31, 2008. City Connections Realty will keep track of all commissions including sales, rentals and commercial transactions. All rebates will be distributed the first week of September 2008.
