CCR hires Muller as a consultant to the firm

City Connections Realty, (CCR) has retained Esther Muller to provide in-house coaching to its agents. Muller, a real estate expert and co-founder/master teacher of the Real Estate Academy, will be providing both weekly group meetings as well as one-on-one private coaching to CCR's agents. "In this changing market, it is imperative for brokerages to provide their agents with access to a master coach if they want to grow their businesses. I am eager to assist our rental agents in learning sales and increase production of seasoned sales professionals within our organization," said David Schlamm, founder, CCR. "Having the opportunity to work with Esther has been quite rejuvenating. Her dedication, knowledge, and energy have been very contagious. She shares many of the same values that I have, particularly emphasizing long-term relationships and business ethics. I am also personally being coached by Esther along with Dr. Michael Williams, who is Dean of the Graduate School of Business for Touro College. Working together, I am getting the best continuing education possible to help me lead my firm through these changing times." "I have been hearing about City Connections Realty and David Schlamm for many years now. I met David this past December and found out that everything I heard was, in fact, true," said Muller. "Besides paying his brokers an unheard of 90% commission split, I was impressed with his entrepreneurial spirit, his willingness to invest in his brokers and most importantly, his strong commitment to ethical behavior. I'm enjoying my time together with everyone at City Connections."
