Syracuse, NY CBRE|Syracuse completed the following transactions:

6601 Kirkville Road - East Syracuse, NY

Ed Kiesa of CBRE|Syracuse represented Galson Realty, LLC in the sale of a 44,500 s/f office building, at 6601 Kirkville Rd. in East Syracuse. The property was sold for $4.4 million. The property was purchased by DeStefano Development, LLC.

6485 Collamer Road - Dewitt, NY

Kiesa, and David Drucker of D.N. Drucker Ltd. sold 4.68 acres (four buildings) at 6485 Collamer Rd. in Dewitt. The buildings sold for a total of $540,000. Tartan Mechanical (auto repair) used to occupy the space, but relocated to 7973 Brownell Rd. in Kirkville.

33 Lewis Road - Binghamton, NY

Rick Searles of CBRE|Syracuse leased a 65,100 s/f industrial space at 33 Lewis Rd. in Binghamton. The property was leased and will be occupied by Rogers Service Group LLC. Rogers Service Group is a company that serves transportation and distribution needs.

6700 VIP Parkway - Mattydale, NY

Bill Anninos of CBRE|Syracuse leased a 9,140 s/f space at 6700 VIP Parkway in Mattydale. The flex space was leased to Lennox Industries, Inc. Lennox Industries provides HVAC systems, air conditioners, and furnaces.
