CBRE names exclusive advisor of portfolio of properties totaling 3.85 acres in White Plains

CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) has been hired to explore strategies to maximize the use and value of properties totaling approximately 3.85 acres along Rte. 22/West Post Rd. and Maple Ave. The properties comprise two car dealerships at 95 and 77 West Post Rd., comprising 3.33 acres, and a single, non-contiguous lot located at 2 West Post Rd., consisting of 0.52 acres. William Cuddy, Al Mirin, Kevin Langtry and Sylvia Pogosyan of CBRE's Westchester/Fairfield operations will handle the assignment on behalf of the owner, Robert Sholz of Sholz Auto Group. The Sholz portfolio sits along one of the city's major gateways. The properties all offer easy access to local highways, as well as the Metro North train station and city buses.
