CBRE handles 118,634 s/f lease renewal/expansion
CB Richard Ellis has represented law firm Baker & Hostetler LLP in its lease renewal and expansion for 118,634 s/f at 630 Fifth Ave., in Rockefeller Center.
John Maher and Paul Myers, executive VPs, along with Tom Shirocky, senior VP, Consulting Group, CBRE, represented Baker & Hostetler LLP in the 15-year lease.
Mr. Maher said: "Tishman Speyer was very creative and worked quite hard to accommodate the needs of Baker & Hostetler's continued growth."
"Tishman's understanding our needs and their willingness to work with us to find a solution was the key to this agreement," said George Stamboulidis, managing partner of Baker & Hostetler New York. "We are excited to continue our tenure and expansion at 630 Fifth Avenue."
