The landlord of the 746,052 s/f building is 99 Washington LLC and One Commercial Plaza LLC as tenants in common. Delaney Corporate Services, Inc. leased 2,018 s/f at 99 Washington Ave., Albany. Rosenblatt was the broker. The landlord of the 746,052 s/f building is 99 Washington LLC and One Commercial Plaza LLC as tenants in common. Chas H. Sells, Inc., an engineering company, leased 8,500 s/f at 1 Columbia Circle, Albany. Rosenblatt and Serena Schulz of Carrow brokered the lease. The landlord of the 72,711 s/f building is Columbia Circle Associates, LLC. 1212 Ave. M Realty Corp./AllState, an insurance company, leased 454 s/f at 99 Washington Ave., Albany. Rosenblatt was the broker. The landlord of the 746,052 s/f building is 99 Washington LLC and One Commercial Plaza LLC as tenants in common.
