According to Joshua Zamir, managing principal, and Daniel Ghadamian, principal, both of Capstone Equities, completed two new leases at its 14 Wall St. property. Gibson & Behman, P.C. have leased 7,000 s/f of space on the 5th floor and Newman Myers Kreines Gross Harris, P.C. has leased 22,100 s/f on the 22nd floor. The 37-story building owned by Capstone Equities and The Carlyle Group, is located in Financial District (FiDi) between Broadway and Broad St. and across from the New York Stock Exchange. Newman Myers Kreines Gross Harris, P.C. was represented by Robert Giglio of Cushman & Wakefield and Gibson & Behman, P.C. was represented by John Mayefskey also of Cushman & Wakefield, and 14 Wall St. was represented by Howard Fiddle, Brad Gerla, Jonathan Cope, Evan Haskell, and Michael Higgins of CB Richard Ellis. "In this challenging market, we appreciate the confidence that our new tenants show in our management of 14 Wall St. Given the strategic location of this landmark property and its close proximity to the financial and insurance industries, both of these distinguished law firms will benefit from the synergy of the FiDi neighborhood. These are prime examples that 14 Wall St. has broadened its tenant base from predominately financial services firms," said Zamir.
