C&W Sonnenblick Goldman arranges $15m in refinancing

Real estate investment bank Cushman & Wakefield Sonnenblick Goldman arranged the $15 million refinancing of the Milwaukee Post Office Building at 341 West St. Paul Ave. on behalf of Menomonee RP, LLC. RBC Capital Markets provided the financing. The 940,000 s/f building is fully leased to the U.S. Postmaster General and has been home to the U.S. Postal Service's regional processing center since 1970. The property is located in downtown Milwaukee on the Menomonee River.
