Venture Brokerage Group leases 2,100 s/f to CAVA at Victor Crossing

Victor, NY According to Venture Brokerage Group,  CAVA, the Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant brand, is coming to 401 Commerce Dr., at Victor Crossing. Janell Vanegas and Valerie Vincent of Venture Brokerage Group represented CAVA in the site selection and lease negotiations, helping secure the new 2,100 s/f location as part of the brand’s continued expansion. The space was previously occupied by Pi Craft Pizza.

Victor Crossing is an established retail destination in Ontario County, featuring national retailers including Walmart, Kohl’s, HomeGoods, and Ulta Beauty. Located along the town’s retail corridor, the shopping center offers visibility, accessibility, and an established customer base. The addition of CAVA will bring a new Mediterranean dining option to the area.

The transaction reflects CAVA’s continued expansion and demonstrates the demand for well-positioned retail locations within established shopping centers.
