C&W reps tenant in 3,557 s/f lease at W&H's 501 Seventh Avenue
FedEx has leased part of the second floor (3,557 s/f) at W&H Properties' 501 Seventh Ave., according to Fred Posniak of W&H. Lee Miller of Cushman & Wakefield represented FedEx. Jonathan Fales of CBRE, the property's leasing and managing agent, represented the landlord.
