Buslik and Levy of Adams & Co., LLC broker 12,627 s/f lease expansion/renewal at 150 E. 25nd Street

Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC has brokered a seven-year, 8,303 s/f expansion and 4,324 s/f renewal at 150 E. 52nd St. (a total of 12,627 s/f) for the general and executive offices of Multi Packaging Solutions, a premiere print and packaging firm specializing in creative concepts for advertising agencies, entertainment media and brand owners. Jeffrey Buslik and David Levy of Adams & Co. represented the tenant while the in-house team of David Tawfik and Robert Benedetto of Princeton International Properties Corp. represented the landlord. Multi Packaging Solutions works directly with clients in conceptualizing and developing products or brands. The firm's creative services include concept development, graphic design, structural design, materials recommendations, coating and finishing expertise. Multi Packaging Solutions' staff of artists offers complete art services, including design, illustration, and photo direction for both electronic and traditional art. The company's pre-press and printing capabilities consistently evolve to the highest-level of industry standards with an on-going commitment to remain sustainable and eco-friendly. Multi Packaging Solutions' past project work includes Nike, Twentieth Century Fox and Sony. "With the addition of Multi Packaging Solutions, this building has become a destination for cutting-edge and media savvy companies," said Buslik. "The new space positions Multi Packaging Solutions for growth and the centrally located address supports the companies needs in working directly with a range of clients throughout the city," said Levy. Built in 1983, this 35-story 300,000 s/f building features 24/7 access and building security, tenant controlled HVAC and fiber optics. Notable office tenants include Fujisankei Communications International Inc., Dominick & Dominick, IHI International, Batallure Beauty, Value Click Inc., TIVO Inc. and retail tenant Chipotle Mexican Grill.
