Buslik and Bonett of Adams & Co. lease 83,094 s/f

Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC has brokered three deals for Tremor Media, Inc., Anthony Lawrence - Belfair, Inc. and Artscroll Printing Corp. The companies signed on for a total of 83,094 s/f in the Chelsea 23rd St. Complex. Tremor Media signed an 11-year, 22,225 s/f lease at the location. James Buslik and Alan Bonett of Adams represented the landlord while Bill Peters and Sean Black of JLL represented the tenant. Belfair signed a 12-year, 44,419 s/f renewal. Buslik and Bonett represented the landlord while NKF represented the tenant. Artscroll signed a five-year, 16,450 s/f renewal at the 53 E. 23rd St. location. Buslik and Bonett represented the tenant and landlord. "The building complex at 23rd St. in Chelsea has been a desirable destination for some of the city's most established and progressive companies for a long time," said Buslik. "The building is in an ideal location and adapts very well to unique and innovative space layouts making it suitable for a number of different industries."
