Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC brokered a 10-year, 33,250 s/f renewal at 44 W. 18th St. for National Reprographics Inc. (NRI). James Buslik and Alan Bonett of Adams & Co Real Estate represented the tenant and the landlord. "It is great to see a company like National Reprographics, which has strong historical roots in New York City's business sector, remain profitable and strong in this market," said Buslik. "We are glad that 44 W. 18th St. has been a strong hub for their business, and will be so for the next decade." Built in 1906, this 12-story, 180,000 s/f building boasts 24/7 access, security personal, and is located in the Flatiron District. Notable office tenants include Ronald Jonas Interiors, Pucci II Inc., Pace Editions and International Lights. Retail tenants include A.I. Friedman.
