Buckingham Properties names Sondericker as new president

Rochester, NY Bill Sondericker joins the Buckingham Properties team as the new president with over 30 years of management experience in the commercial real estate industry.

A graduate from the University of Rochester, Sondericker has spent his entire career in commercial real estate and brings tremendous expertise and leadership to Buckingham. Previously employed by the late Malcolm Glazer, at Glazer Properties (no affiliation to Buckingham), Sondericker has spent years working in the ownership, acquisition, management, and leasing of premier commercial real estate throughout the United States. With an outstanding background focused on company growth and team building, Sondericker is sure to be a quick asset to the team.

This addition will be instrumental as CEO, Ken Glazer, continues to expand Buckingham Properties with a focus on development opportunities, new partnerships and community involvement.
