Bruns of JF Real Estate brokers a 24,435 s/f lease

Dylan Bruns of JF Real Estate, representing the landlord Hiawatha Plaza LandDevelopment Co., has completed a ten-year lease deal between The American National Red Cross and the landlord. The Red Cross will be taking the entire 24,435 s/f former Sears Hardware building on Rte. 57 next to Glenn Crossing Plaza, relocating from their downtown Warren/Salina St. location. JF Real Estate is a multifaceted real estate brokerage company based in central New York.
