* Brick Realty Capital through an affiliate entity, provided a first mortgage in the amount of $495,000 to a private real estate investment group. The mortgage is collateralized by a 5 story walk-up apartment building, located in Harlem, that contains 9 apartments. The loan is for a 2 year term.
* Brick Realty Capital through an affiliate entity, has provided a first mortgage in the amount of $600,000 to a private real estate investment group. The collateral, located in the Washington Heights section of the borough, is comprised of two adjacent lots that are to be developed into residential town houses. Phil Ragone, of Brick Realty Capital, arranged the financing on behalf of the borrower.
