Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC has brokered a 10-year 27,819 s/f lease spanning for Saks Inc. over three connected buildings at 53 W. 23rd St., 49 W. 23rd St. and 30 W. 24th St. Saks Inc. is operator of Saks Fifth Ave., Saks Fifth Ave. OFF 5th and saks.com. "Saks Inc. is an iconic New York City brand and is recognized all over the world for exceptional retail stores, high-level customer service, and commitment to the fashion industry," said James Buslik, principal of Adams & Co. Alan Bonett and Buslik of Adams & Co. represented the tenant and landlord.
