BOMA-capital region chapter holding annual membership drive

The BOMA-capital region chapter serves the greater capital region including Glens Falls, Saratoga, Albany, Schenectady and Troy. Their membership is comprised of building owners, managers, developers, leasing professionals, and providers of the products and services necessary to operate commercial properties. They cover a large area in eastern N.Y. from the following counties: Albany, Columbia, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Warren, Washington and Ulster. BOMA-capital region is an active chapter. Commercial real estate leaders converged in May for the BOMA Capital Region Legislative Advocacy Day. One of BOMA's most valuable benefits is the ongoing education and professional development programs. Each month, they bring their membership high-quality speakers dealing with important timely topics. BOMA-capital region is currently undergoing its annual membership drive.
