West Hurley, NY Guy Blake, CCIM, an associate real estate broker with Pyramid’s Hudson Valley office, successfully brokered the sale of That Storage Place for $3.2 million. Blake represented the seller, That Storage Place, LLC. The facility is located at 1586 Rte. 28 and consists of 46,800 rentable s/f of drive up selfstorage and a 1,200 s/f office building. It sits on a 9.6 acre site

with room and approvals for an additional 32,000 rsf. The property and business was purchased by a group of local investors. “It was a great upside opportunity. The facility was 95% occupied and needed additional units immediately. The new owners are putting up another 13,500 rsf already,” said Blake.
