CBRE|Buffalo's Steve Blake, CCIM, VP/partner, and Jim DiFiglia, associate broker, were each recipients of Business First's Commercial Real Estate Deal Makers of the Year Awards.
Blake received the Life Science Deal of the Year for the 151,000 s/f Astellas Pharma Manufacturing/APP Pharmaceuticals, located at 3125 Stanley Rd., Grand Island. DiFiglia received Warehouse Deal of the Year for Leisure Pools located on 574 Main St. Tonawanda. The property contains 162,415 s/f and 6.6 acres.
Winners were selected based on size and scope of the real estate deal.
All nominated deals were properties located in the Buffalo Niagara region, with deals taking place between Jan. 2008 and March of this year.
