BFC Partners leases 4,212 s/f to TD Bank

According to BFC Partners, TD Bank has signed a new lease for 4,212 s/f of ground floor retail space at 21 East 1st Street for 20 years. John Oliveri of STL Realty, LLC represented the owner in the lease deal. Joanne Podell of Cushman & Wakefield served as the tenant's broker for this transaction. "We are pleased to sign a lease with TD Bank in this retail location," said Joseph Ferrara, principal of BFC Partners. "The bank provides much-needed financial services and excellent customer service to the entire East Village and Lower East Side community."
