Bestreich, Sproviero and Reynolds of Marcus & Millichap broker $2 million sale

Marcus & Millichap has completed the $2 million sale of 759 Seneca Ave., a five-unit apartment property, according to John Horowitz, a regional manager at the firm. Derek Bestreich, Lucien Sproviero and Steve Reynolds from Marcus & Millichap, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a LLC. They also secured and represented the buyer, another LLC. "This record sales price for a five-unit is a testament to the strengthening market Ridgewood has become. The buyer paid 100% of the ask price realizing the potential for a significant upside. Along with this, the condo-quality finishes ensures a strong rental market," said Sproviero.
