Berkis of Winoker Realty brokers 1,396 s/f lease
Bill Berkis of Winoker Realty Co. has negotiated a 1,396 s/f lease at 570 Seventh Ave. Berkis represented the tenant on the seven-year deal. Chartkar Corp. leased space on the 11th floor of the building.
Stuart Christie of Silverstein Properties, the building's landlord, represented the owner.
