Bellwood and Krausman of Cassidy Turley represent tenant in 9,000 s/f lease

According to Cassidy Turley, the Bank of Taiwan has renewed a 10-year lease for 9,000 s/f at 100 Wall St. "Bank of Taiwan was interested in remaining in the space at 100 Wall St.," said Stephen Bellwood, VP at Cassidy Turley. "We were pleased to have been able to accommodate their space needs including the renovations at their existing facility." Harry Krausman, managing director at Cassidy Turley and Bellwood represented Bank of Taiwan. Frank Centro and Jonathan Fein of Cushman & Wakefield represented 100 Wall Street Property LLC, L&L Holding Co.
