Buffalo, NY Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. has funded 4 loans totaling $21.386 million:

• Amherst Garden Apartments, a 202-unit multifamily property received $11 million funded under the Fannie Mae DUS Loan product line. The seven-year acquisition loan amortizes on a 30-year schedule.

• A multifamily property in Rochester received $5.2 million funded under the Arbor CMBS Loan product line.

• Bryant Place Apartments, a 32-unit multifamily property received $2.665 million funded under the Fannie Mae DUS Small Loan product line. The seven-year acquisition loan amortizes on a 30-year schedule.

• Clarendon Heights in Rochester, a 256-unit multifamily property received $2.521 million funded under the Fannie Mae DUS Supplemental Loan product line. The seven-year supplemental loan amortizes on a 30-year schedule.
