Anderson of RHYS sells 12,000 s/f retail property at 201 Tarrytown Road, White Plains

RHYS Commercial, has brokered the sale of a 12,000 s/f retail property at 201 Tarrytown Rd. According to Alexander Anderson, an associate with RHYS Commercial who served as sole broker on the transaction, 10 East 127th St. Corp. sold the two-story property for an undisclosed amount to Marcel Tarrytown Realty, LLC. The property is located along one of the main thoroughfares outside of the downtown area, proximate to major retailers in the area including Kmart, Staples, Barnes & Noble, Bed Bath & Beyond, BMW and A&P Grocery.
