Admiral Realty and Dagar Group lease 5,400 s/f urgent care facility to Mount Kisco Medical Group

As the co-exclusive leasing agents for Mount Kisco Square Shopping Center, The Dagar Group Ltd. and Admiral Real Estate Services Corp., revealed that Mount Kisco Medical Group (MKMG) has leased 5,400 s/f on Rte. 117, 360 North Bedford Rd. The new site is MKMG's seventh urgent care facility and opened on April 6, offering walk-in services for adult and pediatric patients. MKMG joins Petco, FedEx/Kinkos, Radiance MedSpa, ManaThai & Sears in the shopping center. Jonathan Gordon, president/CEO of Admiral termed the addition of MKMG as "a great addition to the property." "David Livshin, president/CEO of Dagar, has a business relationship with MKMG and that allowed us the opportunity to present our site as a location for their next urgent care facility," said Gordon. "With an existing, major presence in Mount Kisco, the opening of an urgent care facility along Rte. 117 was a logical expansion point for the Mount Kisco Medical Group." "This will be a new traffic generator and another quality tenant to add to our existing mix," said Livshin. The center totals 34,000 s/f. "We are pleased to now offer urgent care services in Mount Kisco which enables us to better meet the needs of our local community," said Scott D. Hayworth MD, President and CEO of the Mount Kisco Medical Group. "Our new urgent care facility provides the community with easy access to the quality clinical services MKMG is renowned for." MKMG's Urgent Care provides medical care for acute illness or injury that requires immediate care but is not serious enough to warrant a trip to the emergency room. Patients experiencing: cold/flu symptoms, ear, nose and throat problems, eye symptoms, infections, sprains and fractures and more can now visit with no appointment any day of the week. The Mount Kisco Medical Group (MKMG) founded in 1946 is a multi-specialty medical group that provides the highest quality medical care in 40 different locations throughout Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess and Ulster counties. MKMG has grown to over 450 physicians representing 40 different medical specialties with major campuses in Mount Kisco, Carmel, Katonah, Kingston, Fishkill, Jefferson Valley, Poughkeepsie and Rhinebeck, New York. Mount Kisco Square is serviced by a traffic light and can be entered from Route117 either at the main entrance or from Staples.
