Adams & Co. Real Estate completes two leases totaling 11,242 s/f; Includes a 7,019 s/f at 48 W. 37th Street, by Levy and Friedman

Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC has brokered leases for two fashion accessories companies totaling 11,242 s/f; a five-year, 7,019 s/f renewal at 48 W. 37th St. for the retail location of Margola Import Corp., and a six-year, 4,223 s/f lease at 10 W. 33rd St. for PLV Studio, Inc. In the Margola lease, David Levy and Joseph Friedman of Adams represented the tenant and the landlord, Forty Eight Thirty Seven Associates. "With over three decades at this location in the heart of the Garment District, Margola Import has continued to expand their business and did not want to be anywhere else," said Levy. In the PLV lease, Levy represented the tenant and the landlord, Ten West Thirty Third Associates. "PLV is one of the most buzzed about footwear brands right now in the fashion industry and we are extremely excited to have them among our roster of other high-level tenants in the Fashion Accessories Center," said Levy.
