Levy represented the landlord, while Hidrock Realty, Inc. represented the tenant. * A four-year, 988 s/f at 10 W. 33rd St. for Buxton Acquisition, LLC. Levy represented the tenant and the landlord, Ten West Thirty Third. * A four-year, 450 s/f expansion at 10 W. 33rd St. for Daniel M. Friedman & Associates, Inc. Levy represented the tenant and the landlord, Ten West Thirty Third. * A five-year, 2,637 s/f renewal and 973 s/f expansion at 110 W. 40th St. for Gerald E. Hespos, Esq. P.C. Levy and Brett Maslin represented the tenant and the landlord, One Ten West Fortieth Associates. * A five-year, 2,012 s/f lease at 110 W. 40th St. for DA Global Group, Inc. Levy and Maslin represented the landlord, One Ten West Fortieth, while Best One Realty represented the tenant. * A six-year, 1,010 s/f lease at 110 W. 40th St. for Glow Media and Marketing, Inc. Levy and Maslin represented the landlord, One Ten West Fortieth, and NSNYRE LLC represented the tenant. * A three-year, 648 s/f lease at 110 W. 40th St. for Hattmanan Brook, LLC. Levy and Maslin represented the tenant and the landlord. "With updated features and renovations in each building including new elevators, lobbies and windows, as well as affordable rates and a perfect location central to major transportation, demand for office space at 110 W. 40th St. and 10 W. 33rd St. remains consistently high," said Levy.
