How do you keep your team motivated despite conflicts and obstacles?
We focus on the goal at hand. If there are obstacles, we look to one another for support and tap into each other’s experience for guidance on providing a solution.

Who was/is your mentor and how did s/he influence/help you in your career?
My parents. Both have always supported me in doing what I love to do, no matter what- I am lucky in the sense that I get to work with my father on a daily basis and help critically think through issues and provide solutions.

How do you contribute to your community or your profession?
I am an active member in the Kids for Kids Foundation. We help provide support and raise money for organizations that support children and families challenged with medical needs. I have recently become an active supporter of the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation through The Metropolitan Executive Alliance. The Tunnel to Towers Foundation honors our military and first responders who continue to sacrifice their well-being for the gain of others.

What did you want to be when you grew up?
A professional athlete, just like every other kid playing pick up games in the park/street.

What led you to your current profession?
Prior to joining Metropolis Group, I worked at Sweet Construction Group, as a general contractor/construction manager. While I was there, one of job responsibilities was to coordinate the inspections and sign-offs with the project filing representative/consultant. It was there that I gained interest in joining Metropolis Group.
