On July 15th, from 8 to 10 a.m., Professional Women in Construction (PWC) will present its annual Transportation Forum: Regional Update at The Yale Club, 50 Vanderbilt Ave. (44th St.) Guest speakers include: Sonia Pichardo, regional director, NYS DOT; Dana Hecht, assistant to the director, project management, NJ DOT; Michael Massiah, chief, capital planning, execution & asset management, PANYNJ; Rosa Rijos, P.E., LEED AP, ENV SP, assist. commissioner, roadway capital program management., NYC DOT; and Eve Michel, chief architect & VP of planning, design & development, MTA Capital Construction.
