Manhattan, NY According to Global real estate development firm Izaki Group Investments (IGI), The Harper, the contemporary limestone-clad luxury condominium at 310 East 86th St., is now 90% sold and approaching a full sellout. Only a limited number of the building’s 63 residences remain, with immediate occupancy available.

“This milestone is incredibly meaningful for everyone involved in bringing The Harper to life,” said Eldad Blaustein, CEO of IGI USA, “Seeing it become home to residents inspires us to continue creating exceptional, design-forward properties that reflect the way people live in the city today.”

Designed by award-winning firm ODA, the 21-story building blends Art Deco elegance with Bauhaus inspiration, bringing a modern presence to the Upper East Side while honoring its heritage. Residences feature layouts, white oak flooring, and floor-to-ceiling windows that welcome natural light. Custom Poliform kitchens feature matte lacquer cabinetry, brass Waterworks hardware, Taj Mahal quartzite countertops and integrated Miele appliances. Primary bathrooms feature Crema Luna limestone and Namibia White marble, complemented by Waterworks fixtures, custom vanities, and radiant heated floors for a spa-like atmosphere.

“The design and location have resonated strongly with buyers,” said Doron Zwickel, associate broker at CORE, the exclusive sales and marketing agent. “With the best dining, shopping, and cultural destinations just outside their door, The Harper truly captures the essence of Upper East Side living.”

Two wellness concepts will soon open at the building’s retail spaces, further enhancing the lifestyle offering for residents and neighborhood. The Formula x Meredith, a Hamptons-based workout method combining HIIT, barre, and functional training, is set to open this spring, while BODYROK, the Pilates-inspired fitness studio with a national following, is expected to debut this summer. Residents also have amenities designed for all ages, including a fitness center, games lounge, and a music studio featuring a private practice and recording room with programming in partnership with School of Rock. The building also offers an Artist & Maker Studio activated by Robofun and a children’s playroom with a custom climbing structure by Indoor Amusement Company. The landscaped rooftop terraces overlooking the city are perfect for relaxing or entertaining, complete with kitchens, televisions, and fireplaces. Additional conveniences include a 24-hour attended lobby, a pet spa, and bike storage.
