IFMA NYC holds annual Awards for Excellence Dinner on January 23rd; Event attended by 400 guests at the Pierre Ballroom

The N.Y.C. chapter of International Facility Management Association (IFMA NYC) hosted its annual Awards for Excellence Dinner on Thursday, January 23rd at The Pierre Ballroom. Over 400 guests joined IFMA NYC at the sold-out dinner to celebrate members and their companies for their outstanding accomplishments over the past year with the annual presentation of the Awards for Excellence. IFMA NYC's 2014 winners included: * Design & Construction of a New Facility: Aegis Media, National Football League and Young & Rubicam * Disaster Recovery: AIG, IAC, Morgan Stanley and Port Authority of New York & New Jersey * Distinguished Associate Corporation: MACRO Consultants * Distinguished Associate Member: J. Strong, Arenson Office Furnishings * Distinguished Professional Member: Frank Lazzaro, Univision * Environmental Awareness: Perkins+Will * Facilities Management Achievement: Floyd Primavera, Group M and Merritt Tam, Teach for America * Facilities Management Emerging Leader: Lorena Perez, St. Nicks Alliance * LEED Certified Project: National Football League, W83 Ministry Center and Young & Rubicam.
