Icon Companies represents RAV Properties in 12,000 s/f lease

The Icon Companies, LLC has arranged the following lease transactions: * According to Graziano Zazzara Jr., president of The Icon Companies, the company brokered an office lease transaction at 250 South Clinton Street in Downtown Syracuse. Icon represented the tenant, Dellas Graphics, which will be relocating its Central NY operations to the new location. Dellas Graphics is a division of Canfield & Tack, one of the region's largest full-service general commercial printers. * In addition, Zazzara reports that Icon brokered a five-and-a-half year leasing transaction for 6361 Thompson Rd. Icon represented the landlord, RAV Properties, LLC, which will be leasing 12,000 s/fof space to VB Performance which currently operates a premiere workout and athletic training facility in Brewerton, N.Y.
