HUNT Real Estate ERA launches prop. valuation/buyer match app

Buffalo, NY HUNT Real Estate ERA has launched a technology tool for consumers powered by Buyside that aggregates data and analyzes it to provide multiple home value estimates from three data sources, including Zillow, and utilizes real time buyer information to match sellers with potential buyers. This proprietary technology arms HUNT sales professionals with insights on buyer demand to help them generate seller leads and win more listing presentations.

“The majority of real estate brokerage websites fall short in giving home sellers information about their property, as they are almost exclusively geared towards buyers by focusing on displaying all of the homes listed for sale in their marketplace,” said Charlie Hunt, executive vice president and COO of HUNT. “Our alliance with Buyside opens the door to home sellers by giving them real-time data on their home and aggregating all of our data sources to match them up with potential buyers.”

“With this partnership, HUNT Real Estate ERA sales professionals are going to remain a step ahead of the pack,” said Charles Williams IV, founder and CEO of Buyside. “Our technology is easily deployed and highly adopted, as many of our existing customers have discovered. We’re confident HUNT associates are going to have a considerable advantage in each of their markets by leveraging our powerful application.”
