Hunt of Hunt represents Anton-Cerrone in five leases deals totaling 82,223 s/f

Plainview, NY According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc. the company recently closed on five lease transactions totaling 82,223 s/f.

EW Howell has renewed their lease of 28,644 s/f of industrial space at 245 Newtown Rd. David Hunt of Hunt represented the landlord, Anton-Cerrone Associates, in the lease negotiations. Robert Schliessman of MHM Realty represented the tenant.

Central Nassau Guidance & Counseling Services, Inc. has leased 20,985 s/f of flex space at 55 West Ames Ct. Hunt represented the landlord, Anton-Cerrone Associates, in the lease negotiations. The tenant was represented by Jeff Schwartzberg, of Premier Commercial Real Estate.

Claflin Medical Equipment has leased 13,045 s/f of industrial flex space at 625 Locust St. in Garden City. Hunt represented the landlord, Anton-Cerrone Associates in the lease negotiations. Richard Weissman of Schacker Real Estate Corp. represented the tenant.

MasTec, Inc. has leased 10,944 s/f of industrial space at 265 Executive Dr. Hunt represented the landlord, Anton-Cerrone Associates, in the lease negotiations. Ralph Benzakein of CresaPartners represented the tenant.

Brenner Photo Productions, Inc. has renewed their lease of 8,605 s/f of industrial space at 125 Newtown Rd. Hunt represented the landlord, Anton-Cerrone Associates, in the lease negotiations. The tenant was self-represented.
