Hunt of Hunt Corporate Services and Tabone of Newmark Knight Frank. arrange 12,376 s/f lease renewal

Melville, NY According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., Calling All Kids, Again has renewed their lease of 12,376 s/f at 1860 Walt Whitman Rd. David Hunt of Hunt represented the landlord, Anton-Cerrone Associates, in the transaction. The tenant was represented by Chuck Tabone of Newmark Knight Frank.

“We are very pleased that Calling All Kids, Again, a premier child development center, has chosen to continue their first nine years at 1860 Walt Whitman Rd. with a long-term lease renewal,” said Hunt. 

“Their presence in the building has been a resounding success for both the tenant and the landlord. They are a huge benefit to other tenants, both in the building and in the Melville community, offering a superb child care environment that is close to the parent work environment.”

Calling All Kids, Again is a New York State licensed center for children 6 weeks to 12 years. The center provides a secure and comfortable atmosphere in which children can explore, observe and experience a wide variety of materials. Services include enrichment programs, a Science-Technology-Engineering-Mathmatics (STEM) curriculum, a natural outside playground, and both holiday and backup emergency care.
